The fundamental purpose of this Village is to enable mentoring and ministry among all ages from children to seniors. We believe a truly unique aspect of Legacy Ministries is to enhance inter-generational relationships, which have become more and more challenged in our modern culture.

Legacy Village is a community of 63 single-floor patio homes specifically designed for senior independent living. Homes are available in either duplex or single-family configuration. Single-family homes will include a third bedroom or den. To preview the floor plans click here.

The Legacy Village Assisted Living Center

Housing 22 assisted living apartments with carpeting, independently controlled heating and air conditioning.   Apartments are single or double occupancy with 24-hour emergency monitoring. Dining and group activity areas are available within the building. Social and healthcare services will be provided by Adcare, a Christ-centered organization experienced in administering similar facilities in our area.
